These survey tools are designed to gain a better understanding of nutrition policies, organizational commitments and practices that food banks have to improve access to healthy foods for the clients and communities they serve. The tools include questions for food bank directors, managers, nutritionists and recipients, as well as inventory and food bag checklists.
