Patricia Crawford, director of UC Berkeley's Atkins Center for Weight and Health, was among 27 former panelists for the Institute of Medicine who told Congress not to change healthier foods rules for children, as the Agriculture deputy undersecretary in charge of nutrition reminded school food service directors who have asked Congress for changes that they have responsibilities to serve food that will result in healthy children and adults.
